Happy Birthday!

I wanted to make something other than a regular card so I tried this Tag card. I really like how it came out!

I hand cut the card and the inside tags . I used New Arrival for the circle tag. I distressed all the edges with Tim Holtz distressing inks and heat embossed some of the edges. Flowers and butterfly are distressed too. I used glass beads as the frosting on the cupcake. I made the skittles using alcohol inks.
