Happy Birthday! It's a Circus!

With a circus challenge over at the Twinery and my Friend Diana sending me Le Cirque Collection from Graphic 45, I knew I had to create a project and not hoard the paper pack!

    This is so darling. I always have some trouble with the Graphic 45 because I don't want to cut it up. I love this card. I am going to bookmark it so I can come back and look at it when I am using 45 paper.
