My Pink Stamper Challenge - Father's Day
My Pink Stamper is have a challenge and the prize is a Cricut Expression!! Can you image winning that??
All you have to do is a Father's Day Project!
My Dad is passed but I'm sure someone I know will need a card!
Here is my submission!
I used New Arrival Cricut Cartridge for the truck, and for the banner. I made the trophy using Sure Cuts Alot because I could not find one on any of the cartridges that I have. I added some bling on the tires and the light! I think it is cute, that he is hauling his best Dad trophy around! I made this on a business size card 81/2" x 4" because I cut the truck to big for a standard size, but I like how I was able to make it look like a scene.

Cricut Cardz Challenge # 26
Cricut Cardz Challenge # 26
Make a card using brads or eyelets and any cartridges, colors or theme you'd like.
I needed to make a graduation card, and was able to use a brad and an eyelet! I really like how this card turned out!
I used an eyelet for the tag and a brad on the cap. I cut the cap from the Wild Card Cartridge and taped it together. The paper is from the High School Stack.
I also decorated the inside. The thin strip of paper on the bottom is only taped to the sides and a very thin strip along the bottom. A check fits inside perfectly! I love the sentiment, it says "the tassle's worth the hassle"

Serenity Scrappers: Page Map Challenge
I have only made a few like maybe 3-5 scrapbook pages and only for people that have asked me to do one for them, so I really do not have any experience in lay-outs! ( I am a card maker at heart!) So I tried this challenge at Serenity Scrappers. Click Here to take a look! It worked out great because one of my chicks wanted a page for her and her best friend! Here is the image to follow:

Your Challenge: Make a card, layout, or other craft item using the theme VACATION.
The timing is perfect! We have family coming to visit us for vacation and I wanted to send them a card to say how excited we are!
I found this perfect luggage paper in the DCWV Travel Stack!

Present Gift Card holder Using DoodleCharms
I wanted to make a gift card holder, but not the traditional square one, so after a few experiments and a couple of cuts I came up with this:
Once all the measuring was done, it was really easy!
I used the present from page 109 from the DoodleCharms Cricut Cartridge.
All sizes are 5 3/4.
My first cut was on purple card stock I used the black out feature
Second cut was the Present pattern paper which I cut the regular icon button.
Third cut was using the circle pattern paper which I cut using the shift plus the icon button which cut the bow and the tag, and then I cut it again on the purple card stock because I wanted my tag puprle.
I snipped the top of the present box and the bow off the tops and adhered the present top down, then I used the other bow and glued that down. When gluing the bottom of the present down, only glue the sides leaving a pocket for the gift card. Next stamp the tag, add your ribbon and your done!
Check out how it is really made!

Sew... Whats Up?
Paper Cutz Challenge # 42!
For challenge # 42, make a card, LO or craft project using buttons plus ribbon, lace or hemp. Use any colors or theme you'd like.
I had alot of fun with this one! I always think of sewing when I hear the word buttons, and it always reminds me of my bad habit...
So every time I start a sentence I start it with so... So what's for dinner?, So what did you do today?, So I was walking and.... well you get the idea... SO I thought it would be funny to incorporate my bad habit into my card!
So I hope you like it!
I used the Wild Cart Cartridge for the Dolly card, and red string that I strung around the inside of the cover, the buttons on the flowers are brads. I used red ribbon to tie the card closed. I also decorated the inside because I used a black card base.
