Happy Birthday card with Swing Circles!

I love how this card came out and it was so super easy! I think I will be using it more often!

Directions:

Card Base:5 1/2X4 1/4
Pattern Paper:4 3/4X3 3/4
Two Circles cut at 2 3/4
Two Coordinating Stamps
A Brad
Pop Dots to raise circles
