Yes it is ME!! Did Any BUNNY miss me?

Hello my crafty friends! Long time no craft! It has been far too long since I have posted on my blog and I have missed it. This past year I have experienced so many ups and downs, challenges and changes and found myself on a path to minimalism and it has changed my world. With less stuff, less aggravation, less of the activities that I was participating in that did not bring me happiness, I now find myself with bits of free time to pursue the things that make me happy. With all that life handed me this past year it wasn't easy for me to find my way back to crafting. I feel like I am not the same person I was a year ago and struggled feeling comfortable back in my craft room. I had to actually dust off my equipment!

I have missed you all so much and I cannot wait to catch up with all my blogging friends!

Updates, News and some Tough Decisions! DoubleClickSkittles information!

Hello Friends! It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to close down my challenges. This was a really tough decision, I didn't feel I was able to commit to the time my challenges need and didn't think it was fair to the people taking the time to enter. I have hosted over 50 challenges and LOVED every single project that was created for my challenges and have always admired all of the entries. My current challenge; stars and/or stripes will be my final challenge. I will draw the last winner soon after the challenge closes on July 5.

Thank you to all of you for making the challenges such a successful adventure! 

My life, as with most of you has its ups and downs, years begin to blur together and time becomes a precious gift. My girls are in the last few years of high school, and my time with them is becoming more and more important. I accepted a position at the high school as the girls head cross country coach. I am very excited to be starting this new adventure! 

Sometimes we have to pick and choose our hobbies even when we don't want to. I love crafting and hope to be able to craft more freely without time restrictions that the challenge schedule put on me. 

My puppy has also been recovering from Valley fever. He has permanent heart and lung damage. He has struggled with his illness and we have been taking care of him. It has been very hard on all of us, especially since we still have not recovered from loosing Kimber. My little buddy can't run with my anymore, but he still waits by my running shoes:

I will be keeping the DoubleClickSkittle line alive! I have given this adventure many years and I want to keep it up and running. I hope to get some new colors released and I have also updated my store with a shopping cart so you can now pick and choose the colors you want!

An update on Winston, he is hanging in there. He has permanent heart and lung damage from the Valley Fever and is still currently heavily medicated. He is such a fighter! Please keep us in your prayers!

Updates, Updates and MORE updates!!

Just wanted to send out a quick update with a few things to keep my friends up to date on all that has been happening.

For the last few weeks I have been dealing with my puppy having a severe illness called Valley Fever that he may not recover from. He has permanent heart and lung damage. We have struggled for so many days in complete despair feeling helpless as he is barely hanging on. We have put everything on hold and have dedicated every second to giving Winston a fighting chance. My blog has been on auto-pilot and I have not been around to visit anyone. Simply because I am either at work or holding my little man tight. Please understand and know that I will return and miss you all so much. 

Please say a prayer for us, for him, for me, for my girls. Most of you know that it was only 1 year ago that I lost Kimber and I just don't think my heart could handle the loss of this little man.

My next update is also sad, I have decided to end my design team for the DoubleClickSkittles. This decision has kept me up at night, but it simply is just too much for me right now with all that is going on. I have had the most amazing team that I could ask for. They are amazing crafters and friends!  I appreciated every project and they used the DoubleClickSkittles with such creativity! I will miss them dearly! Terry, Julie, Lori and Georgiana, Thank you all so much!

I do plan on keeping the challenges going and hope you will all continue to play along! I always have a fun prize to be won!

I just had to pick current teenage lingo for this Smashbook page of myself:

And it is true! I keep my hair straight and have an exact measurement of the shortest it can be cut for the purpose of being able to be pulled back into a pony tail! #priorities! Happy New Year!! Updates and News! Welcome 2015!

I hope everyone has a safe, wonderful and prosperous New Year! I will not miss 2014 at all! So I am moving into 2015 with HIGH hopes! 

Toward the end of 2014 I decided to step down from all my design teams, and while that was one of the hardest decisions I have had to make in my crafting world I felt it was the right decision for me at the time. However as the weeks went on and I slowly completed all my current design team requirements I realized how much I love being a part of a team, so at the last minute I applied to Scrappy Moms, and I am happy to say that I will be joining the Scrappy Moms Team!


A little bit about me... I have been card making since 2009 and launched my Skittle Embellishment line in 2012. I love using my Cricut, and more recently my Silhouette Cameo. I'm an avid runner and hiker and love living the life in Arizona. I recently added a new addition to my family:

I'm Back! With some Updates! Arizona Blogging Meet~up!

Hello Crafty Friends! I have been away on vacation in case anyone was wondering where I have been! Of course I have not been by to visit my favorite blogs in what seems like a LONG time! So sorry! I will be slowly making my rounds to come and visit!
