My Creative Time:Sport Challenge ( I used Hiking)
4 Crafty Chicks: Sketch Challenge

Here is my story to go along with this card. My Husband is a HUGE hiker, so is my 10 Year old Daughter. They hike every single weekend and have hiked the tallest peak in Arizona. He has been pushing me and my 9 year to get on board, so he said every-time you hike I will personally drive you to Micheal's and go in with you and you can buy whatever you want... HMMMM I can take a bribe! So of course I could not turn this down and got to work on my little one, after a brand new pair of mini hiking boots she was on board. So last weekend we set off... it took me two hours to get to the top and I cried along the way but I did it!! And yes he took me to Micheal's and picked something out, but I decided to have him give it to my girls for them to give it to me on my Birthday. SO since today was the last day my girls have off from school I took off from work and we hit Camelback mountain again! This time I was more prepared, I ate good all week long, exercised everyday and was mentally prepared and guess what I made it again in almost half the time!! It was so awesome! I am already trying to see how I can sneak off next Friday so just him and I can do it! Here is a picture at the top, you can see all of Downtown Phoenix!
Pretty Cool!

Happy Birthday... Circle Style!

Hi everyone! I am Guest Designer today for Amy over at Love to Crop! I am a longtime follower of Amy's blog she has a very active blog (which I love!) She is  always  involved in a blog hop, challenge or something fun! She is super generous by offering sweet candies, but I have to tell you I always look forward to her question! She always asks a fun question at the end of her post, have you noticed this? So to keep up with Amy's tradition my question for you today is how many hours a day do you spend blog hopping? I spend about 1 hour and 15 minutes every night leaving comments! HeHe that is sooo bad!

Ok now onto the challenge!!

The Love to Crop Challenge for Today is Circles!

I wanted to think "outside the box" today so I made a circle card with many circle elements!
Here is my project:

Card base and layers from Birthday Bash Cricut Cartridge Stamped with Script stamp
All papers from Tim Holtz Lost and Found Paper Stack
I used a silver metal brad that was indented, stamped a Happy Birthday and filled it with Glossy Accents.
Tim Holtz Distressed inks: Walnut stain and Old Papers
Martha Stewart Twine
Swirl Metal Clip

Looking forward to seeing your creations! Hop on over to Love To Crop for Challenge details!
