Aloha! It's a Luau!

I am trying to convince my 9 year old to have a Luau Party for her 10th Birthday! So I pulled out my Luau Party boxes to show her the skirts and pineapple cups to try and sway her my way. While I was in there I found some strands from an old luau skirt so I decided to use it instead of tossing it away!

I found this wall plaque at Micheal's for .15!

I inked all the edges and covered it with the pink Hawaii paper.
I had to dig deep into my paper stash! I knew I had this paper from a few years ago.

The pineapple cup is from Life's a Beach Cricut Cartridge
I used a straw that I bought from the CKC Mesa Convention
The yellow raffia is recycled from a grass skirt
The pink raffia I found on clearance at least 3 years ago!
The Aloha is a chipboard piece from Joann's
Using my stash! Whoot Whoot!!

  32. Hi Carri, This is such a cute card! I hope your daughter changes her mind. My daughter went to a Luau party, a long, long time ago, but she says it was probably the best parties that she ever went to! (excluding the parties that I did for her birthdays) I made her say that. karen♥
