I wanted to make a penguin card for Christmas but never got around to it so I thought I would make one now, I think it came out so cute!
Create A Critter Cricut Cartridge for the penguin and the igloo
White Glitter paper from DCWV
Drippy Goo Border punch
Have an "ice" Day stamp from Inkadinkadoo
Flowers cut from Martha Stewart Flowers Punch
Liquid Pearls White Opal and Rouge (NEW)
Stamp heat embossed with Tim Holtz Glitter Embossing powder
The flower and scarf were also Heat embossed with my new Recollections Tinsel embossing powder (NEW)
