Happy Birthday! Pretty Tulle and Girlie time over at the Eyelet Outlet!

Hello crafty friends! Today I am sharing this sweet Happy Birthday card over at the Eyelet Outlet!



I pulled from my stack of Crate Paper scraps and got to work! I had so much fun creating this!
Pink Tulle, Fringe Scissors, tissue paper
