My Scrap Paper:
I made the lollipops using the candy cut from Slumber Party. I just cut off the twist ends.
I used Ulta-thick Embossing enamel (UTEE) to make the pops look shiny.
All papers are from my scrap pile
All ribbon and craft string are from my scrap pile

Your lollipos look amazing. I had to read to see what you used to make them so shiny. I need to go looking for some of that UTEE. Maybe you can send me a picutre of what the bottle looks like, so I know what to look for. Good luck with the challenges. I need to start finding some new ones/more.
