At the beginning of 2012 I decided to join my Husband and starting hiking. I have actually stuck with it and enjoy taking long, rough terrain hikes now! While I was walking out of my bedroom I  stopped and laughed when I saw our hiking boots sitting perfectly side by side, I had to stop and snap a quick photo.

We recently hiked to the top of Camelback mountain and had someone take our photo, isn't the view of the valley amazing?
I scrapped what I love, My Husband and Hiking!

Papers are from the Travel Stack. I used the Ek Success Photo Label ticket punch and stamped the with Stamps from Docerela Creations. I could not resist using the Sugar and spice Stamp from the Baked with Love set... it just fit us perfect!
Stamps used: Happy Together, Have fun!, Sugar, You Can do it!, Side by Side, Spice

Here is my story to go along with this card. My Husband is a HUGE hiker, so is my 10 Year old Daughter. They hike every single weekend and have hiked the tallest peak in Arizona. He has been pushing me and my 9 year to get on board, so he said every-time you hike I will personally drive you to Micheal's and go in with you and you can buy whatever you want... HMMMM I can take a bribe! So of course I could not turn this down and got to work on my little one, after a brand new pair of mini hiking boots she was on board. So last weekend we set off... it took me two hours to get to the top and I cried along the way but I did it!! And yes he took me to Micheal's and picked something out, but I decided to have him give it to my girls for them to give it to me on my Birthday. SO since today was the last day my girls have off from school I took off from work and we hit Camelback mountain again! This time I was more prepared, I ate good all week long, exercised everyday and was mentally prepared and guess what I made it again in almost half the time!! It was so awesome! I am already trying to see how I can sneak off next Friday so just him and I can do it! Here is a picture at the top, you can see all of Downtown Phoenix!
Pretty Cool!
