 We have been having summer monsoons here in Arizona, so I thought a rainbow would be fun to create since they are popping up all around!

I grabbed all the papers from my paper scrap pile
My Creative time Die tag
Scrappy Mom Stamps Wishing you  the happiest of Birthdays!
Yellow ribbon from my stash
Enamel dots, liquid pearls
DoubleClick Skittles: red, sailboat blue, sunset orange, and sunshine yellow

    I have always LOVED rainbows and this one is super cute and fun - love the sparkly cloud and the way you used stickles and skittles on the rays of the rainbow!!! So awesomely cute and just delightfully bright and cheerful card!!! Hugs to you!!!
