You all know that I am a huge Smasher! SO I could not wait to create a page for my Smashbook!
Before I get on to my project I will give you a little back story. I recently purchased a curling rod that you twist your hair around. I love the curls it gave my hair but I suffered 3rd degree burns while attempting to use it. Of course I took photos of my hair because I knew I could never use this curling rod again, and a picture of my burns to remind myself why I can never use it again!
Here is my project:

Theme: Coffee Challenge; Create something with a coffee image or coffee sentiment and use a ribbon
I had so much fun making this card! And I used my 10 year old daughter as inspiration. She doesn't drink coffee, however she will bring a coffee cup to school with chocolate milk in it and pretend it is coffee! And she would also wear a mustache to school if I let her! So I giggled most of the time making this thinking about her acting "cool" and enjoying life to the fullest! Not a care in the world! I could not resist the stamp Live it Up! It just seemed to fit!
Here is my project that I will be showcasing as a Design Team Member:

I am so excited to be Guest Designing for Die Cuttin' Divas today! Yippee!
We have a new jumbo-sized Die Cuttin' Diva challenge this week and we sure hope you will share your card, layout, or altered project.
The Challenge...
Create a project using an elephant
I personally love
elephants, I have a huge collection of them that started when my Dad
gave me a tiny stuffed elephant when I was very ill as a child. Since
then I have collected and received many beautiful elephants, so I was so
excited to be doing such a perfect challenge!
Background Information...
Elephant Appreciation Day was declared beginning in 1996 by WildHeart® Productions to celebrate the Elephant
When: September 22
Origin of Elephant Appreciation Day: Mission Media Inc. created in 1996, largely because elephants are....large (and a whole lot of other great things). The founder, Wayne Hepburn, received a paperweight of elephants on parade from his daughter as a gift. He became fascinated by them. He amassed a huge collections of elephant books and paraphernalia. His fascination and love of elephants, led to the creation of this day so you and I can stop and enjoy this huge, lumbering beast.
Here is my project:
I used the Paisley Cricut cartridge for my jumbo elephant
Sister company to Cricut Direct, Cutting Bugs will provide choice of Cricut or Cards Magazine, Sept. 2012 issue and a Megan Elizabeth Sparkle Light Set
