Pearls, brads,
Crayola twistables colored pencils

Black Magic Technique:
Dark card stock. Stamp image with white pigment ink
heat with heat gun
color over stamp with colored pencils

    This is such a lovely tag. I have never seen or heard of the black magic technique but you made it look fabulous! That trim is so pretty too. I like the added detail of stitching & your pearls.
