As part of the Creative Cutter Room design team I would like to share these quick tips with you!
I had many questions on how I made my travel brag book and how I made it in just a few hours. Here are some quick tips on what helps me work quickly and a how to video!
Tip # 1
Have all your supplies ready to go!
Pull out your base for your project in this case large envelopes and card stock
Pre-measure the page sizes and jot them down.
Pick through all your scrap paper select your pages and cut them to the correct size
Pull out all the embellishments and fun things you have been hoarding
Use up all the scrap ribbon, scrap strips and all those buttons!
Pull out all the tools you "had" to have like the crop a dile and cuttlebug and use them!
Basic instructions:
3 - 9x12 envelopes
3 - 8 1/2 X 11 sheets of cardstock
fold all of the above in half
Punch a hole about 1" from the top and one toward the bottom
Feed ribbon through top and bottom holes and tie a knot on the outside cover
Cut pattern papers down to size 12 cut at 8 1/2X 5 1/2 for the envelopes and 12 cut at 8 1/4X5 1/4 for the cardstock
Add ribbon and twine to any papers first then using hot glue gun glue the pattern paper down
If you make one, please leave me a comment I would love to come by and check it out!

Book was inspired by my girls and our up coming vacation!
Awesome tutorial!!!! What a great way to use up scraps and such. I think I will try and make some of these for little holiday gifts for relatives and just slip cute pictures of the kids inside. I might also try making one for a little girl in the family that likes art stuff and let her put her own touches on it - slipping some stickers and such in the pockets to help her personalize it. Thanks for the wonderful tips and tricks!!!
