My ugliest Paper and My Craft Space!

Here is the card I created using my ugliest paper:

I think it is the very odd shape... what is that? Every time I see it I think UGLY! And it is in so many of my packs just different colors!

I really Don't like this paper! To tell you the truth I think this paper ruined my cutie robot card!

Paper is from the Ugly Pile
Robot from Robotz
Stamps are from Joanne's

Now for something more pleasing to the eye! (well me eye anyway!) My fabulous craft space! I posted HERE about how my darling re-designed it for my Birthday while I was ill. And I still LOVE it! Everything has a place and everything is in reach!

Here are the current photos! Still so nice and clean and organized!

  2. I like your space also. Thanks for the comments on my space. You are so nice to comment on my space and cards. I went over and entered into the my space contest at Picture Perfect. I have been working on mine for sometime. Carri, I don't have any friends that craft cards and live close to me. I would so love it if you only lived close so we could craft together. I love the dog.. I am sure he is real and not a cut from Cricut..
Great room and love the counter tops.......

  11. Your card turned out great! That paper is my 10 year old daughter's favorite- she loves it in every color. I tend to side with you on it's appeal factor! You craft space is fantastic! I need to clean mine so I can take pictures and post them. :)

I loved seeing your space!! :) BTW, now that my eyes have stopped spinning I can say that your card is still absolutely adorable!! Even ugly paper can't turn your cards bad. :)

  15. Ohhhhhh Carri! What a darling craft space! I love your hardwood floors - I have been oooogling those for forever, but we can't have those here this far south (the heat, humidity!) GORGEOUS pup, she is a gem! Lovely craftin' companion - I have one of those, too, lol - Buddy is my constant shadow and such a good craftin' (everything!) friend! Now your card! Soooooo cute! I actually dig your papers! They are fun and funky and fresh - very bold and fit your robot to perfection. What a fun challenge - I have plenty of funky paper, lol, and have been afraid to use it! Thank you for the inspiration and for showing us your lovely craftin' "home"! x0x0

  20. 1st, thanks for your comment on my 1st sketch attempt for OWH. Next, that paper kinda works! Makes me think the robot is going 'bonkers'! LOL! I was just downsized out of my job, so I will use everything I have from my stock, which consists of 1 stack of DP.
2nd, the craft room is AWESOME! We don't have but 2 bedrooms here, so I craft at kitchen table/counter(s)! I just put some of my 'babies' on my blog. I did NOT add bunny, fish, chickens, horse or goat!
3rd (yes I DO have a point here)I just was Youtube looking & found your vid on "Thinking of you" card using Paper Pups butterfly. (one where your chicks were sick)I wanted to use a butterfly, but they are all so small, and I don't have any punches to stamp & punch. AH! REAL Dial size explained! What a great help! I want to make more cards for OWH for kids and now this helps so much! Thank you! (I now return you to your regular channel)

  37. Hahaha Ugly Paper that is 2 funny! The print is called "Houndstooth" I like it better in Black and White and not all the other colors and personally I think it looks much better on fabric and not paper! Your card is Super Cute still even with the "Ugly Paper". I also love your space very organized! BTW i'm your newest follower!
