Super Bowl Sunday?? Is that Today?

So I guess today is Super Bowl Sunday!! I DO NOT like sports or know anything about them but I was left very strict instructions on what kind of pizza and wings to make sure were here for dinner!

So while I was hopping around I came across Scrappin Sista ( My fellow Creative Cutter Room DT friend!)
and she is having a Super Bowl Sunday Challenge! And since today I am all about challenges, I thought I would join in.

The first thing I did was look up on-line what a football looks like up close (LOL I know....)

Then I searched my cartridges for a football... and guess what?? No luck!

So I ended up using the lemon from Simply Charmed!

I used the mosaic Cuttlebug embossing folder and hand cut the white stripes.  I punched holes and threaded some white string through. 

I guess I was talking to myself out-loud trying to decide on ribbon and my daughter told me I had football ribbon... WHAT??? Why do I have football ribbon?? But I guess I did and she knew exactly where it was! 

Sports paper is from the $1.00 bin at Target.

I checked with Husband and he gave his approval except he said I should have added Rawlings... Hmmm seriously?? Then I was told I was obstructing the T.V.

    This is darling! I will be watching the game and scrapping as I am a Steelers fan. But I think I am the only woman in the world who will have to watch without her hubby as my husband dislikes football. :)

    Oh I love your football. I like it better than the one on Paper dolls. That is a great cartridge if you don't have it.
    I loved watching the game today. I am a Packer fan from WI. It always is fun when they win.LOL

    now THIS is definitely creative! it's fantastic. you mean the "boys" really expected you to make the wings, etc???? girl... you need a menu list of fast food places - lol. gives you more time to craft too.

    anyway, i LOVE your lemon-ball!!!!
