This is only my third attempt at coloring an image, I have not been thrilled with the last ones, but I love how this one turned out!
* I realize coloring with Crayola is not the best option but it works for now*
I am sending this to my sister, this is what she looked like when she was little!
I used Eucalypptus Walnut spray ink. The background paper was white I used this spray to help it look nicer with the leaves from the flowers.
I colored the stamp image with Crayola twisters LOL! ( No copics yet!)
I found the flowers in the wedding section at Micheal's
Scallop is from Accent Essentials
And added some bling.

Your card is so adorable. I liked your coloring too. It was so sweet. Using crayon is a great change from other standard mediums. I also liked the fact that you stamped. You are really good at it.

ReplyDeleteI hsve been thinking about getting into colouring stamps. I might just use your idea and start with coloured pencils to see if I like it before I advance on and dish out. Also, I got water colour pencils that I have never used. hummmmm you have got me thinking!

ReplyDeleteI saw some one else use crayons with baby oil & a qtip for blending and that also had some beautiful effects.
