I had this card image in my mind since last night! I am so happy with the way it turned out!
I used the Wild Card Cartridge to cut the window card. Then I cut the liner two times, one for the front and one for the inside. I cut the one for the inside to hide my eyelet hole. I added and eyelet and hung the snowflake. Snowflakes are from Accent Essentials with Stickles added. Peachy Keen Stamps PK-504. The BRR! is from Studio G clear Stamps.

This is so pretty!! The colors are so perfect for it and that little face on the snowflake is great.

What a happy snowflake! Such an adorable card. I so love when you have an image in your head and it comes out great! Sometimes that doesn't happen!
