For my first project I made a Thank You card.
The card is a standard A2 size card.
Green Patter: 1 1/2" by 5 1/2"
Brown pattern paper at 3" by 5 1/4"
Brown card stock at 1" by 5 1/4"
Ribbon at the divider line and tied a knot.
Apple is cut three times from Doodle Charms at 3 1/2"
In green, red and brown.
Added stamp and pop dots!
I also added some additional pattern paper to the inside cut at 1" by 5 1/4
So simple, yet so cute!! I hope you enjoy this Thank You card! Be sure to check back for more projects including: Super Cool Paper Clip bookmarks, altered notebooks and A sweet candy box!
And now for the candy!

I already am a follower and for good reasons, too! I like the card that you made because it is simple and just perfect for back to school (or any teacher occasion). I am going to have to look again at my Doodlecharms cart because I didn't think about that apple on there. What a great idea to do your own piecing with it! I'll "bee" checking back tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteAfter posting this message I will be one of your followers too. I like your style and am looking forward to seeing your other paper crafts. I have Doodlecharms but never thought to use this die-cut in a card. You have inspired me to think a bit 'outside of the box'! Thanks for sharing....:O)
