I used Debbie Mumm paper, the envelope is from the memory shop, the stamp is from Close to My Heart- Geometric Thoughts, and the rattle is from New Arrivals Cricut Cartridge. I made it pink and blue so it can be gender neutral.

Practical Scrappers Challenge
This week over at Practical Scrappers the challenge is to use a clear accent. I used a vellum envelope on my card.
