My Husband and I were married on the 4th of July! Every year I make a page for my Smashbook for our Anniversary. This year is our 17th year of marriage and our 25th year of being a couple!

Red White and Blue!

I have been attempting to make a scrap-book for a friend, my goal is to give it to her as a Christmas present, I have been able to finish some pages because of the challenges!

Here is my 4th of July Page I made for her:

The papers are from a stack I picked up at Target, the celebrate is from Wild Card and the Stars are from Plantin Schoolbook.

For challenge # 31, make a card for the 4th of July, using any cartridges or colors you'd like.

Paper Cutz Challenge:
For challenge # 48, make a card, LO or craft project for the 4th of July using a digital, hand stamped or Cricut cut image and any colors you'd like.

Frosted Designs:
The first challenge for July is to use Stars and Stripes, and red, white and blue! Can't think of a better challenge for the Fourth of July weekend!

In honor of the upcoming holidays, we decided to have a "Patriotic Week". This can include cards, layouts, gifts, altered items or anything with a patriotic theme. Check them out here!Heartstrings: Red white and blue! Click here to check them out. They also have cool stamps!

I used Paper Pups for the Happy Circle Cut, Plantin Schoolbook for the 4, The July stamp is Close to my Heart and the stars are punched. Pattern paper was from a July Stack from Target. Silver stars are brads. Have a great week!

Practical Scrappers Challenge and Paper Playtime Challenge!

I also made this card for two challenges!

Practical Scrappers challenge is eyelets!
Fun! I love to use eyelets on my cards!

I used eyelets to keep my string of beads in place and as decoration for the letter blocks!
Over at Paper Playtime the challenge is:
The theme for Challenge #2 is "In thy face I see Honor, Truth, & Loyalty." You may interpret this theme any way you like.

And this is perfect because... My Husband and I were married on the 4th of July and the sentiment is perfect not only for our country, but my marriage. So this is our Anniversary card!
