A Christmas Scrapbook Page!

One of my crafty resolutions this year is to complete a 25 page scrapbook to document the days leading up to Christmas. Pretty much like a December daily except I wanted to use lots of my stash so I decided to go with a 12X12. The only way this would be possible is for me to pre-make the book ahead of time so I just need to print pictures and journal.
So why am I doing this?? Honestly I DREAD Christmas. It is never enjoyable because I am too busy, cleaning, shopping, wrapping, working and it just makes me miserable. So I have COMMITTED to enjoy Christmas 2016. And I am planning and preparing now to make that happen!

So since I NEVER actually scrapbooked before, I decided when I see a sketch challenge that I would use that to make a page:

A Child's Year Cricut Cartridge for the Oval cut
Papers from DCWV The XMAS Combo Stack
Spellbinders Create A Flake Glossy Accents with glitter
Sheer ribbon sewed across the page

  3. Very cute! I decided this last Christmas to only put up a Christmas tree, nothing else (usually my house looks like Christmas threw up on it) I enjoyed myself so much more than usual.
