Another page from my 2011 Mini Album! We had the best day at Pensacola Beach! My Husband and I laughed when we realized we could have been a beach family since we are both from Long Island. We ended up in Arizona and we are now a desert family. We joked about how different our lives would be if we stayed on the island:
Surfing Waves VS Hiking Mountains
Riding Dolphins VS Riding Horses
Collecting Shells VS Collecting Rocks
Sandy Butts VS Hot Feet
Sand Crabs VS Scorpions

I made these 2 pages for my mini 2011 scrap book! I just loved the photos of my Husband with my girls when they caught these fish!
We traveled from Georgia, to Alabama and decided to go to Florida to visit Uncle. He owns a crazy amount of land that has fishing lakes. It was so hot and sticky, but it didn't matter! The girls were so excited catching fish!

First of all, love your project and all the details. Second, loved seeing your photos, but scorpions? Yikes! I found one in my bathtub one time when we lived in Georgia WHILE I WAS IN IT! Not fun. Gives me the heebie jeebies. Have a GREAT day! (Cool about hunting with the blacklight.)

Happy Father's Day! Vintage Tim Holtz Style Card!

My Dad passed away in 2000, I always miss him more on Father's Day. Anyways I still wanted to make a card in his honor. He was an artist so he would have loved a piece like this.

I have a funny story to share. My friend was having a yard sale so I gave her a box of stuff and said here this is stuff I don't want anymore. Just a box of stuff. Well a few weeks later I started noticing on a few blogs that sequin is coming back and was super bummed out when I remembered I put a completely full large Ziploc bag of all my sequin in the yard sale box. I figured it had been so long it was never coming back. SO it went back on my list of wants. Well last week a different friend said Hey I have some old craft stuff in my car do you want to look at it before I take it to GoodWill. I told her no thanks I have enough stuff. But she ended up coming over and said just take a look before I get rid of it. And so I did... and there inside her box of junk was my Ziploc baggie of Sequin!! It was meant to be!! LOL I was so excited to have my sequin back.

So this just adds to my hoarding craft supplies, everything will eventually come back!!

How to delete Anonymous Comments from your blog posts blogger Clean out your Spam Folder! Quick Tip

Today I wanted to share a quick video and step by step instructions on how to delete unwanted comments from your blog posts. There are 2 ways to easily remove them and 1 way to prevent them.

And how to clean out your blogger SPAM folder.

Sometimes Anonymous comments are left on blog posts that usually contain a bad link like this:

Or say you are having a giveaway and it is one entry per person and someone does this:

comment 1:
Thanks for the fun giveaway
comment 2:
Sorry! I forgot to include me email

This can make your comment count inaccurate.

I hope the video and step by step instructions can help you to remove them.

I have also included a way to clean out your SPAM folder in blogger! Did you know you have one of those??

Two ways to delete comments from blogger:

Log Into Blogger

on  your homepage/dashboard

Click down arrow by notebook

Click Comments

Check the box on the comment you want to remove
Delete

This will remove the comment completely from your blog post.

While you are in this area... Look to the left

Click on the spam and see what comes up...
(These comments in your Spam folder are not published on your blog posts)

If it is a blog friend that you know, chances are they left you these comments from an Ipad or Iphone
You can click the comment and select not spam and this will post it to your blog post.

Or if it is bad comments with bad links you should delete them from here and they will never be published and will be gone.

Or

Click on the post

Hit comments

When you see the comment you should see a trash can

click on it

Click REMOVE Forever first

Then delete the comment

To put an end to the Anonymous comments forever:

Dashboard
Settings
Posts and comments
Who can comment?
Click Registered User

Or

click comment moderation and you decide what gets published and what doesn't

Some quick tips:
Never click on the links in Anonymous comments
Never include your complete email address, always add spaces

I hope you enjoyed my quick tip!
