Cricut.... Not Just for Card Making and Scrapbooking!!

My 7 year old had a project to do this weekend, disguise her Turkey as something other than a Turkey so no one will eat it on Thanksgiving. I did not want to haul all my other sewing craft stuff out since I already have all my paper stuff out so we looked through the Cricut books.

Here is her Turkey before:
Here is her Turkey after thanks to Destinations Cricut Cartridge:

No one eats Lobster on Thanksgiving right???

She did all the gluing and putting together, I just cut the lobster.

Have a great week!!

  6. Way to funny!!! I can remember getting in tons of trouble for letting the Thanksgiving turkey go 2 days before Thanksgiving cause I didn't want my uncle to kill him. I was only 5, but he was about a 28lbs turkey and even after more than 40 years I still get reamed about that. LOL

Her turkey looks safe as can be. I don't know of any Americans who do Lobster for Thanksgiving. Give her a hug and tell her that someone did save a real one once. TFS
