Mermaid Kisses and Starfish Wishes! Sweet Birthday wishes from Under the Sea!

I was so excited to have some time to get in my craftroom! This card took me hours to complete between all my tasks, but I was able to get it done! It did help that it was 117 outside... More of a reason to stay inside to craft!
