Huge Thank You to Bella Bug Creations!

Margie over at Bella Bug Creations was holding a Spooky Halloween Challenge, so I entered my Spooky Greetings Crow Card and I won!!

I won the Oct 31st Cartridge! I seriously almost passed out when I saw that I won! It has been on my wish list since it came out! 

It arrived today and I am so grateful that I was such a lucky duck once again!!

Baby Card

I used Paper Doll Dress up for the Tree, Moon and Stars. I added some ribbon along the inside of the card and used a star to cover up the little knot.

 I cut the three two times, one just a little smaller to make it look like a shadow, the moon is cut on white sparkle paper and I added the yellow stars. The tree and sentiment are embossed. Sentiment: Pink by Design

Happy Birthday!

I made this card for the More than Flavors challenge. It was super easy! I just cut the flower from Accent Essentials, starting at 3 1/2 and went down by 1/4 each time. Then used a large brad to put them altogether.

More than Flavors:  This week for Wacky Wednesday I wanted to do a Color Challenge... The Colors are Pink, Black, Grey & White.

I just got the Stamping Cartridge, and I love it!! I finally busted open the cricut markers and love how nice the sentiments print! I also just love this cupcake! I first put the marker in and drew the cupcake, then I hit black out and put the blade back in and it just cut the outside! I blinged it out with everything sparkle! I stamped "make a wish" on the inside and used the candle from DoodleCharms. I used a hole puncher and pattern paper to add the dots to the candle, some 3D sparkle glitter for the flame.

Birthday Party Invite!

A friend of mine asked if I could do a party invitation for her little girl. She wanted it to be pink. Here is what I came up with:

I used an envelope to make this! (I saw a Utube video for this about a year ago, sorry can't remember who.) I cut the top off, used cricut markers to make the party time, decorated it with stamps then pushed it into my paper crimper, this makes the bottom of the envelope a little smaller so the top can slip on. I first used the markers to draw the cupcake from the Stamping Cricut Cartridge, then I cut it out added glitter, glossy accents, and embossing. Added some prima flowers and string around the top.

The inside is patten paper with matching card stock on top. I will be printing the party info and gluing it to the pink part.

No Machine!!

My Creative time: Why not create a card using NO machines~ lets make our cards "Old School" style! 

 I never crafted before my Expression!! Here it is! I think it is pretty boring and I couldn't get my squares straight! LOL!

Spooky Greetings!!

Paper Doll Dress up has so many different accessory buttons, it is becoming one of my favorites! I love the scary birds that are on the new cartridges, but I don't have the new ones so I was so excited to find one on Paper Doll!

I used Paper Doll Dress up for the crow and the spooky tree. I heat embossed the crow two times to make him super shiny. The paper, orange vellum and ribbon is all from a prize pack that I won over at Serenity Scrappers. I used my drippy goo punch and added some buttons to hide the glue under the vellum,  the stamp is from A Haunting we will go!

Bella Bug Creations:  1.  Create a spooky project using at least one CRICUT cut. It must be a NEW project.

So many great challenges for autumn!! We are still in the over 100 degrees in Arizona, but I dream of the cooler weather! My original plan was for a wheel-barrel of pumpkins....

Vintage Halloween

This is only my second time using a vintage image. I really like how this one turned out!

I found this image free on Vintage Holiday Crafts and built my card around it.

I used the Boo Cuttlebug folder and used orange chalk to highlight.  I used embossing power  for the first time on the Best Witches stamp  from Pink by Design. (I finally cut open my heat gun after buying it months ago!!) 

The broom I just found in the bottom of my craft bin, I used black ink to make it dark to match the brooms on the image. I used Stretch Your Imagination for the tag.
